Hours of Operation
The Department of State recently mandated that the U.S. Embassy Brazzaville Consular Section institute an American Citizens Services appointment system.
Beginning Monday, March 19, we now ask that American Citizens visit the Consular Section during our new walk-in hours, between 8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. Monday-Friday and 2:00 pm-4:00 pm Monday-Thursday. When possible, the Consular Section appreciates email notification at least 24 hours in advance, so that we're best prepared to serve your needs.
U.S. citizens are welcome to visit the Consular Section anytime during business hours (Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM).
For American Citizen Services other than Registration, however, it is best to set up an appointment by telephone or email.
